This boat-shaped, flat-bottomed spoon is called renge, meaning "lotus petal". This type of spoon is widely used in Asia.

Compared to our Renge Ramen Spoon, Light Renge Spoon is slightly smaller, 20% lighter and gives a more delicate impression (see the last photos). This spoon is suitable for not just soup noodles, but rice dishes and desserts.
