These mugs have an unusual shape, easy-to-hold handles, and rich, nuanced colors. Because the surface is faceted, the glaze creates beautiful dark and light lines inside and outside of the mugs. They are made in Hasami, a small town in Nagasaki, which has been producing ceramic ware for over 400 years.
Matte beige and matte mint have a slightly matte finish, different from a glossy glaze of gray and dark colored mugs.
