Elegance, serenity, allure and smoothness are the images Jinkō Yōzei evokes. (Jinkō is aloeswood; Yōzei literally means "bright achievement" and is the name of the 9th century emperor.)
Indian sandalwood, aloeswood from several different regions and other traditional spices are mixed to create a full-bodied, rich woody scent. The scent remains in the air long after the incense finishes burning.
