This lightweight bandana is a part of a collection that features colors that have been cherished in Japan for centuries. Many of these colors derive their names from nature.

The technique of marbling paper with India ink has been practiced in Japan over a thousand years. Marbled paper was used for important occasions such as sutra copying and waka (classical Japanese poem) writing. The random patterns and colors of marbled paper were also used to tell fortune.

It is infinitely versatile; wear it around the neck, cover the head, wrap your lunchbox or use it however you'd like.
