Lightweight Bandana - Blue Ocean Waves

This blue and white pattern is called saigaiha (literally meaning blue ocean waves) and originated in the Sassanian Empire of Persia. It traveled along the Silk Road, traversing many empires and cultures, before finally reaching Japan. The motif is treasured in Japan as the people find eternal peace and happiness in the endless waves.
